2 1/2 for OIL CHANGE and TIRE ROTATION is waaaaaay to long guys! You have a fantastic team and can do much better! I scheduled the appointment in advance and still took 2 1/2 hours long. Since I was out of town, I asked my high school daughter to take in the vehicle for me and the length of time for maintenance caused her to miss a senior photo shoot.
We were very disappointed this time.

My work order includes rotate tires, but the work was not done. How did I know it? I marked one tire and proved it to the service writers, Trenton and Austin. The technician was called and was told about the discrepancy. I was very very unsatisfied of the fraudulent service by the technician. Trenton and Austin were very professional.
