Amanda did great but the lady who answered the phone was horrible. No phone call to tell us our vehicle was done. Hold times on the phone we’re over ten minutes. Both my husband and I called and were put on hold for long periods of time. After almost five hours we drove to the dealership to see if our vehicle was finished. Amanda was busy while two other men sat there ignoring the customers waiting. Amanda clearly, was the one working.
1) fix hold times
2) have more people working
3) Have someone call you back when asked

I called to make an appointment for a recall (passenger side airbag). The operator took my VIN, confirmed that I was in need of the recall and made an appointment for the coming week. I also mentioned that I needed my 55,000 mile service and would need that done at the same time. I was told, “no problem.” Upon arriving for my appointment. They only had record of the 55,000 service (despite calling for the recall in the first place) and therefor didn’t have the parts needed for the recall. I had to stay for the service and am now waiting to make another appointment when parts come in. This is annoying for a multitude of reasons, mainly because I live an hour away and would have gone to a local mechanic for an oil change and tire rotation...
