My vehicle service work was completed but rep did not call me. I cear I waited 1 or 2 hrs longer than necessary. Nobody called to confirm oil and recall work could be completed in an afternoon so I had to.leavey support dog behind as I didnt know how.long it would be. Finally I was asked if I wanted fog.light bulbs replaced "he can slip them.im the bulbs are $19 each" why would you omit to mention it cost more to install them than the bulbs? Im a new customer. Ive spent thousands at Toyota of Olympia service but they always looked out for me. I felt upsold and cheated. I wanyed an Oil Change and walked.out with a bill 10x higher than Firestone would have charged.
