I was not notified that my oil change was done and waited 1:45 min. Then I went to discover it was done and I wasn't notified. Jake was not the original person and he called and helped me feel better about it. I think Jake did a good job, I believe the guy that originally took my car did not properly hand off my car.

The only difficult part was picking up my car late Friday when only one person was on duty. I had paid online and my car was there waiting, but the wait was very long to actually get the receipt and take it.

Amanda was great, as usual. When I picked up my vehicle later the person who helped me didn't know where it was and pointed me to the wrong area of the parking lot. I wandered around and eventually found my vehicle, but it would have been nice if they knew where it was parked by the service folks.

The inside temperature display still performs as it did when I arrived on Wed. 20 March. Until one presses the "Auto" button there is no temperature displayed. 30 seconds after starting the engine one can press the "Auto" button and the temperature of 75 appears in the center of the display. In order to show temperatures for the driver's side and the passenger's side, on must press the "Syn" button and the 75 is then shown for the driver's and the passenger's side.

On time and remember to put my sticker for next oil change. Customer service was good, but a bit confusing. I guess there is an express side I was supposed to go to, but your staff told me not to worry and took care of me quickly and professionally!! Did notice your cafe was running out of milk and cheese! With as many customers to have daily, I would think you would be more prepared for the weekend rush! Overall, free water, free WIFI and free coffee! Keep up the great work!!
