I was pleased with the ability to get my car in on the same day. Austin was great. If I can offer one customer service recommendation it would be to have your representatives at the check in desks acknowledge anyone who enters the space. There were three other representatives in the space while I was waiting for Austin. None acknowledged me or made eye contact. Simple acknowledgement makes a big difference. It may be a small thing and certainly didn’t diminish my confidence in Heartland, but it’s the difference between satisfied and wow. That seems to be the experience you are striving for.
