Thank you for finally taking care of my new Prius, the car had not been prepped and because I was buying the same model I had not looked at it while still at your shop and had not noticed the scratches on the wheels in the black paint. However, you did ask me to come back and I finally did and your shop did everything very nicely and my Prius looks the way it should have when I bought it all cash. I feel much better because I have had 3 Toyotas and from California to Washington Toyota has always been very attentive to the care of these cars. I was a 3 times BMW owner and never had such good care for my cars and those cars run for a long time with good care. Just recently a gentleman admired my new silver Prius specially the looks of it and I told him that those cars are extremely reliable as well as very good looking and he couldn't go wrong owning one as I have owned 3 Toyotas. So keep doing the good job, don't let your salesmen let you down like what they did to me, may be because I am a woman. Just so you know that I may be old but I come from a Satellite Company background, may be that is why I could buy my car cash. I did appreciate your gesture very much. I do still love my new Prius and Toyota.
