The repair to the digi shield and the buffing out of the scratches to the hood (during the first digi shield install) were good.
When driving the car home I noticed buffing compound splattered all over my windshield. It is apparent the the car was not wiped down after the job was complete. Very disappointed.
It’s also disappointing that both times my car has returned from the service department it has been obvious attention to detail is not the standard.
I would appreciate a follow up phone call to address these concerns.
On a positive note,
The front staff at the service department are very friendly and professional. Every Toyota employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, friendly, and professional.

Dustin listened to my description of what our Tacoma pickup was doing, then looked up the recent work that had been done and quickly diagnosed that the a vacuum hose had not been reconnected after the last work was done. He popped the hood found the loose hose and reconnected it!
