Austin was great! He estimated one hour to complete the service and that was just how long it took. He got me processed in and out promptly and I felt he gave me his full attention, couldn’t ask for more. I had my dog with me, and she was made welcome and got lots of love from some other employees. Complimentary coffee drink was also a nice and tasty touch.
