You all are generally very good with time but being given 1 hour 30 min timeframe (130pm to 3pm) and it taking until 405pm for an oil change, tire rotation, and checking the battery. Staff was great, awesome customer service.
However, time is money and an Hour past due is not excusable. And if you were truly "that busy" I should have been given the option to come back another day for another appointment that would not last longer than the quoted 1 1/2 hours.
Next time simply give me the option to reschedule, if I don't take it then that's on me

The service for my car was great! The fact that I’d have to pay $35 for a rental while the work was being done is disappointing. When I scheduled the appt. I was told Toyota’s recall would last half a day. What does THAT mean? As it turns out, my time was not a half day-a problem in the knowledge of the scheduler.

Austin was very professional and helpful. When my inspection came back saying I needed new wiper blades, I questioned that because I recently had them changed by Toyota.
