This was my first service apt and I was expecting an oil change due to the web site stating that I would get an oil chg but when I got to the apt. they said it wasn't required so all they did was rotate the tires, vacuum only the front floor and give me a coupon for a free wash at Shur Kleen, I did appreciate the free drink and chair massage while I waited. If the car is only going to need one oil chg a year I can see why you give the free maintenance policy.
