It was nice to come in with an appointment and actually be served on time. Service was excellent from the moment I drove in to waiting just a few minutes in the lobby to a very reasonable wait time for my car service to be completed. Ms. Sydney was very accommodating, courteous and professional in every way. Made for a nice overall experience.

After spending the day trying to find out how the work on my Avalon was going and if we could see a completion time I was finally told that the work would have to be finished the following day. I was provided with a rental car so I could drive home. I reported in shortly after opening the next morning and was told the Avalon would be ready to go soon. Soon turned out to be a couple hours finishing paper work and paying my over $2,000 bill. After a frustrating weekend of calling about discrepancies I noted I find myself again in the maintenance section with my Avalon still not fixed. Needless to say I am quite upset over lack of quality work at Heartland Toyota and will never darken their door again once I get my Avalon home. Heartland is by far the worst Dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
