I came in for my scheduled car maintenance. She was the only person who approached me and asked me if I needed anything. I don’t know why everyone else wasn’t minding me at all. I understand it was a busy weekend but there were other people who weren’t doing anything much. That really meant a lot since I love going there and I bought my first brand new car there. I don’t want other employees ruining that experience for me. I am looking to get another car in the next few years to come. I hope that would be the case. Thank you for being awesome, Amanda!

I was told at the end of my service that my brakes needed replacing. Instead of asking if I wanted them done while they were doing the service it was recommended I do this before the end of July because there is a sale on brake service. Now I have to make another appointment and bring the car back. I would have liked an offer of whether I wanted to have the brakes done while it was there. One visit verses two let me think what I prefer? One visit!
