The notice from Toyota regarding our recall said the time to take for the recall would be 45 minutes. When I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take 1.0 to 1.5 hours. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told the difference was due to allowances for checking in, getting the car into the service area, and being checked out of the service department. So why did it take two hours for a pre-scheduled 45 minute service?

Dustin and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful, kind, and reassuring! I am a new car owner and hence have never gotten work done on it but he assured me that everything was working smoothly and even gave me a free car wash coupon.
