Terry was very attentive from the moment of our first contact. Throughout the repair, he kept me advised of the progress of the repair, informed me of option to rent a vehicle and graciously adjusted the total cost which was higher than I anticipated (exceeding $1000) which helped cushioned the blow to my wallet. I would certainly return to Heartland for future service needs.

I don't know who works in your service department. I had my brother-in-law bring my truck in who have it serviced today because I was busy and I don't know who in your service department thought it was best to change my tires from back to fright when they were traction tires on the back And put street tires on the back this is a very inconvenient For me Mayoverlook on your side. It is a 120 miles round trip for me to come in and have my truck serviced, I am going to have to take it to let's swab to have them put back because I cannot take time to come up back to Bremerton to have it done. I would think that a service department would have the common sense in not putting traction tires on Front of a 2 wheel drive. Not real happy with your service department at this time
