I really felt the service by the Service Rep was really great. The only challenge was I waited 2 hours for the techs to do a simple oil change, because there were only 2 techs on duty at 4:30pm.

My only concern is that it feels like the inspection skills could be better. Prior inspection did not show the steering box issue which is a big deal AND very expensive. Throw in the fact that we have not driven the Tundra much at all in the past 2 months and I feel frustrated. Austin was great. I think he cared about providing a good experience and sensed my frustration. I had to bring the Tundra back to get the brakes bled again as they had air in the lines and Austin was very concerned and promptly addressed the issue

Mandy Martin was a go getter. There was a line of three people waiting for service in the reception area. I was number three. Mandy followed another employee in to take care of the backlog. Mandy ushered me back to her office, found my appointment, walked out and took mileage and explained what would happen next in no time what so ever. She delivered me to meet Niko, my sales rep, and helped me get settled in to the dealership. After my service was done, she greeted me again in the waiting room. I told her that it was too soon and I wasn’t finished with my laptop. She was unfazed. Mandy said Okay, see me when you’re ready! Minutes later, I approached her and she was serving another customer. I waited briefly in a chair by the windows and was quickly attended to by Mandy. I noticed she was the only employee visible in the service office. Mandy is an asset to Heartland Toyota and I’m glad she is there to provide professional customer service. Thank you Mandy!
