The service rep. Was great. However, for the 2nd time oil was spilled into the under engine protective plate. When the vehicle is parked on an incline, this oil spills onto the ground. In our case, this is our concrete driveway causing a helova mess and subsequent trip to the local Jiffy Lube to clean out the plate and determine whether a leak exists. Please be aware of this when your technician changes oil. Richard M

My breaks were changed even though they were still good - nobody explained why. Seems they couldn’t figure it out what the noise was or didn’t try and decided just to replace them at 35K miles even though they were rated good at last service and yesterday.

I came in for an oil change, 1-3/4 hour later, I was shocked to hear they did our 20,000 maintenance. We only had 16,500 miles on the car and had just had maintenance done the end of April at 14,600 milea. There was no talking with your assistant mgr. I will not be back. They parked my car so close to the old truck, it was hard to get until my car. I'm very careful about where I park and didn't appreciate the careless manner in which my Lexus was handled.
