When i walked for my appointment, i was informed that I did not have an appointment. I showed him the text from Heartland that confirmed the time/date of my appointment. He said no worries that he will take care of it. Then I got asked repeatedly for my name and phone number (at least twice) as if there is no record of me being a long time customer. I mentioned that there seemed to be a lot of personnel turnover at the service department. The guy’s customer service is good. I just dont know what happened with my appointment in the system.

However, Heartland would benefit from some kind of system to manage the order of customers checking in for appointments. The current system is a simple honor system which is uncomfortable for the customer. A “take a number” system or an automated check-in based on appointment time would be more effective.
