I made my appointment for new tires through the tires section of the Heartland website (at the time I was uncertain whether I needed other services). The Michelin tires I wanted were ready, but the appointment did not propagate to the main service scheduling part of the website. Thus I technically came in without an appointment, but Dustin made it all happen seamlessly, and ensured the additional warranty work that was due was performed. Dry satisfied customer, but your website has a glitch in appointment scheduling for tires-only service.

The first alignment was completely botched. Drove the truck around the block and right back to the dealership to make them do it over. And almost 2-1/2 hours for an oil change and alignment is ridiculous. If I didn't have a service agreement I'd seriously think about going elsewhere for future service.
