It’s just a little thing but I asked him if he could correct the time display in my new Prius and he recommended I watch a video on how to do it. This was the second time I asked about the features in the Prius and was referred to a video. When I was taking the car out for a test drive I asked the salesman if he could show me how to use the automatic parking feature. He said no, and that I needed to watch the video. Why aren’t the employees educated on the wonderful high tech features of the Prius?

Service was good, attentive and called several times to update. All good. However was told a list of things that needed fixing and when I authorized pcv valve I was told $43. When I pick up truck it's $65 (about, I don't have receipts in front of me).
The bills are never 33% less than quoted, at least be close.
