Dustin was helpful & accommodating. He made sure that I knew what was being done to my new Toyota & had answers to all the millions of questions I had in regards to upgrade parts for the truck. My appointment was scheduled specifically to have the new black emblems installed, but they had forgotten to schedule the PermaPlate in the same appointment. Dustin was accommodating enough to let me leave my truck overnight (without an appointment) in order to get the PermaPlate part done. Thanks Dustin !

Mike resolved some issues that came up with work that was not done (license frame) or not done right (replacement of spare tire cover). He also was the only check-in person who realized after about 10 minutes that I was not being helped after a greeter asked me to sit down and later arrivals were helped first. Mike was pleasant. My bad experience today was fighting traffic to get to a substandard car wash facility that was shut down for maintenance. Maybe they could contact you when that happens if you are offering a free wash there. I am not going to go there again. I wish you had a car wash of your own. I expected that when I lived elsewhere. The customer is left in a better mood.
