Richard was awesome and Caleb I think the technition were just fantastic!!!!!!! Richard kept me informed the whole way thru my truck being serviced, I didnt have an apt for today I was prepared to drop my truck off and they get to it when they get to it, but Richard got it in right then, awesome customer service and great customer care and experience. If I lived here heartland Toyota would deff be MY dealership, but I will deff be back for any other services my truck will need while I'm stationed here. She did her job extremely well, when I got there she asked a lot of pertenant questions about my bluetooth issue, and when she told me the car was ready she said the technician also experienced the issue and everything that was done to resolve, and made sure to tell me to contact the dealership right away if it happens again. That my satisfaction was important to her and the staff. Which was nice.
