I was unaware of the procedure and didn’t get processed by a service person. We waited for 2 hours before finding out nothing was happening. Once I informed a manager, he took care of it quickly.

Last second drop in, got me in and got my truck handled extremely quick! And to work with someone as professional as Rick mother f’n Wessel?!?! I mean could my day get any better?!
