I’ve bought many vehicles from the Haselwood group over the years. We’ve always had a good experience.
However, my experiences with Heartland Toyota have been the very BEST!!
Today was no exception!! My Service Writer, Jacob, was outstanding! I arrived at 9:30 for my appt @ 9:40. He told me my truck should be finished about 2pm. I opted to hang out at the dealership, as I didn’t want my daughter to have to bring my sick granddaughters out in the cold, to get me. You provide a wonderful waiting area.
About 12:20, Jacob found me & informed me my sweet Tundra was completed! I appreciate that he told me a longer wait time. Yet, my truck was finished ahead of time!!!
Thank you for finding MY time just as valuable as yours!!
Awesome experience, once again!!!

Excellent service, I was greeted upon arrival, promptly guided through the required paperwork, escorted to the comfortable waiting room (with coupon for a free latte), fetched as soon as the work on my car was done, then personally accompanied out to my waiting car. What more could be asked? Oh, the repair to my car was without charge, thanks to a warranty I was not aware of. Thank you, Mr. Bradley!

Dustin did a great job with us, and has in previous visits. He's helped me majority of the time I've been in, even though that's never been planned. He does a great job with guest. It took much longer than usual for us to get checked in this time (30 minutes from handing over the keys) which was frustrating as we witnessed 2 other guest arrive after us and be helped before us. Including after I made eye contact with one of his colleague multiple times. Dustin noticed our long wait and made sure to focus his attention on us.

I was initially thrilled that you were able to provide me with a same day appointment at 350 pm. I figured I’d be done with a simple 20k service by 5pm. It wasn’t until after 6 that my car was finished. I know this was atypical but I was frustrated to be there so long. I would have accepted a courtesy ride had I known it would be that long.

Two tail light bulbs were found to be out, and instead of just replacing them, or at least letting me know to see if I would want them replaced, I had to read about it in the multi point inspection report. My car sat there for four days. The bulbs could have easily been replaced had I known about it. Plus, when my wife picked up the car up, it wouldn’t start because the battery had been drained. It was a new battery in excellent condition and the car never had a problem starting before. The car had to be jumpstarted to get it running. I expect better service from a Toyota dealer

I had to ask if I received a car wash coupon, which I'd received in the past. He said yes & said coupon was on my dashboard. In the future, please tell customer it's been put on dashboard when checking out, so we don't have to ask.

Toyota care, I asked to upcharge an oil/filter added to the service. Was quoted $84 which is way too expensive. Synthetic oil is not as expensive as it used to be. Can get six quarts of Mobil one synthetic for under $30 now. Should be under $60 easy, especially when just added to an existing derive that Toyota already pays for. For the rest service experience was good.
