Honestly....Donald seemed like he hated me. He made me feel really uncomfortable. Seemed like he didn’t want to talk to me. But had to because it’s his job. I wouldn’t want to come back to this location but I have to because it’s the closest dealership.
But the guy that he was training was super nice. Very nice gentlemen.

Of all the service reps I’ve dealt with at Heartland Toyota he has been the best. Very friendly and helpful and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. He pointed out service that needed to be done if it hasn’t been done elsewhere in the last 60,000 miles. If I need it done he would be happy to help me schedule it. For once someone not pushy.
