While Heartland Toyota corrected the issue from my last oil change, it was an unnecessary issue created by the technician by not correctly installing the oil plug. Therefore leaking oil all over my driveway, possibly damaging my car if I had not noticed the oil leaking, and creating a situation that had me to take additional time to take the car back to the service center to fix the issue.

Dustin was great from start to finish. Complimentary drink tix for the kids. Also, we talked about only swapping out the rear wiper blade and putting the others in the car for later since I recently replaced them. The message was lost to the service techs and all new blades were installed. I was fine with it but Dustin called after we had left and credited my account w another set of wiper blades. Solid move. I really appreciate the attention to detail. I don’t normally fill out surveys but wanted to pass on my appreciation.
