It was recommended that I replace my cabin and engine air filters because “they were dirty” I just replaced both this past summer, and nothing was touched in my glove compartment, which is the access to the cabin filter. I already hate using dealerships for maintenance because I feel like they are trying to take advantage of people, and this just proves it.

Dustin was awesome. Getting the appointment set was terrible, frustrating, definitely not looking forward to ever calling again if Dustin or another service representative is unavailable.
