It was clear that Michael Smithley did not have a clue on what he was talking about and attempted to have us return for a repair that was not necessary. He couldn’t read the technicians notes so he guessed. He guessed wrong and almost cost me $200, due to his lack of experience and commitment to the customer experience. My wife and I blew off our appointment, because we did trust his recommendation. Additionally he charged us for a tire rotation that we did not want or request. Mr Smithley needs to not assume he knows more than the customer in a failed attempt to **** his way into the customers pockets.
The entire bad experience was corrected by Mr Dustin Beeson a week later. Thank you to Mr Beeson for providing facts and taking the time to ensure my service was correct the first time.
