It took over 2 hours just to get a fob programmed and a cargo mat installed. It should have been a 30 minute job. I had to make two trips to Toyota to get this done because you had to order another fob. It’s disappointing that the jobs were not arranged to get done more quickly. Sometimes I feel like your service agents make themselves look busy to avoid eye contact with customers who are waiting for help. They shuffle their papers around and don’t look up and leave their desks without letting customers know that someone will be with them soon. I expected to just run in and pick up the items and leave. I prepaid the mat when I ordered it. I had my dog with me and I feel like I wasted a whole day waiting for this service to complete. You can do better. If I knew this was going to be a long appointment, I would have scheduled it for another day. The people in Express dept only do oil changes but customers don’t know that. We stand in line to wait for help only to be redirected to someone else, one service agent totally ignored waiting customers while he conversed with another customer in a lengthy discussion about stereo speakers. It seemed like you were short staffed. The first person who helped me did not tell me I could bring my dog inside. I did not want to leave her in the car. He told me there was a park nearby and the weather was nice. It was cold and windy outside. Finally I asked someone else if we could wait inside. The park was over a mile away uphill. One of your customer satisfaction reps came over and welcomed my dog with some treats. She told me it was fine to bring my dog inside. My dog is being trained to.be a therapy dog, she is well behaved . Why didn’t the first man tell me she could come inside? I just feel like most but not all of your staff really does not care about your customers. The woman who welcomed us was the only one who acted like she cared about the customers. Sad.

Cole was great and I have absolutely no complaints of his service. I have a complaint because it took far too long on hold to make the service appointment and I got cut off twice. I had to call back another day to make the appointment.
