I was so impressed with my experience today! I came in with my 9 month old to get my airbags replaced as part of the recall and was told it would take about two hours. From the first person who helped me gather all of the babies things from my car, to Richard to the other lovely employee (didn’t catch his name but he was an older gentleman with a pony tail) who asked if I would like a cup of tea when he saw me standing and holding my daughter for an extended period of time, I was so grateful and thankful for their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I will be back! Thank you for turning what could have been an awful experience into to a totally bearable and pleasant one.
