Service department needs a bigger area and set up. There is not enough room in the office for people to both talk with a Rep and stand in line. There also needs to be a better way of receiving customers. Multiple people will stand in line with no acknowledgement from the service dept probably because they are working but this causes a back up of people and make people feel like they should go somewhere else.

Oil change and tire roatation was done timely and car was returned washed. I was surprised by the diagnosis that the issues that appeared in my dashboard lights after a radio software uodate were caused by a weak battery. I ended up deciding to replace the battery elsewhere, but that did fix the problem.

Coming from Carl Burger in La Mesa (which we were not happy with), I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy I was greeted with. Troy explained to me what to expect, got a cal the next day to discuss how to proceed, and the car was ready (and washed) the next day. After my experience with the previous mentioned dealership, I did not know what to expect. I will definitely be back

We were promised the car completion on Saturday. Saturday came and went advisor requested more time needed. He reassured me it would be finished Monday after a quality control run and wash. The car was picked up at 4:00 still not ready. He waited another 45 minutes then needing to take it to a tire replacement after they discovered a back tire loosing air on Monday afternoon 2:30. They did not have any tires to replace. Discount Tires was able to replace the back tires. Not a great experience.

The service was fine but in the service dept there Wasn't enough people to take care of the phones. I called 2 different times and waited both times for 15 min. And both times I ended up hanging up. That is not good service.

I came in to get the plastic in my trunk looked at that appeared to be warped. It took over a full day to get my car back and it didn’t appear to be any different when I picked it up. Also, now my keyless entry appears to not be working. I now have to bring the car back in again. Not happy.
