No one could really tell me at time of pick up what was wrong with my truck. They just said its been taken care of. I would expect someone that had the knowledge of what was taken care of to come out and explain it to me. Especially since I asked about it. In the future when I have issues with my vehicle I expect an answer to what resolved the issue with my truck when asked.

This is my first vehicle lease with Rancho and I have had a less than desirable experience. Everything from the point of sale to my brand new vehicle being in your shop 3 different times for the same problem has been a challenge. When I leased the vehicle I contacted my sales rep 3 separate times asking for information about setting up payments as I hadn't received anything via email or mail and never received a reply. I was then contacted by Chrysler Financial saying they were about to my account into collection! After that the electrical issues started to happen. My brand new 2017 Jeep Rubicon has been in your shop nearly a month since leasing it in April. I have had to take so much time off of work bringing the car to the dealership, picking up and returning the rental car, emailing and calling back and forth with the service department and Chrysler's problem resolution department. It's insane how inconvenient this has all been. I have NEVER heard anything from Rancho sales or management offering an apology. The only saving grace has been my service adviser Troy who has worked hard to resolve the electrical problem, keep me updated on the repairs and get me into a rental. The icing on the cake was after I picked up my jeep after being in for repairs for a 3rd time, I came in, in a rush as I had to get to a meeting. I picked up the car and got on my way to get to my meeting only to see I was left with an empty tank of gas! I didn't drop the vehicle on an empty tank and your dealership put on 100+ miles testing driving the vehicle during the repair testing. I am a very unhappy customer. I can't believe the experience I have had after leasing a $45,000+ vehicle. I was originally going to lease a Range Rover as it would have been better for business purposes but decided on a Jeep because I wanted something with better off-road performance. In hindsight I guess I should have leased the Range Rover.

Troy was very pleasant to work with. I was disappointed with what I thought would be a simple problem to fix because of a check engine light and get hit with a $1,300 bill because of poor design on the part of Jeep. A valve malfunctions and requires the gas tank to be replaced,stupid. The design engineer most likely received an award for designing such a costly repair item. Makes a Toyota look like my next car.

Dropped my Jeep off on a Saturday morning, September 9th, service advisor said he would give me a call later in the day to let me know when he could get parts in. I had to call Monday afternoon to get an update. Advisor said he was busy with other customers. He mentioned the repairs would be done by Saturday. Saturday afternoon I drove to the Jeep dealership to pick up my vehicle. Advisor said the Jeep isnt done and warranty work had not been completed yet, although he mentioned I could take it home if needed but the safety test drive hadnt occured yet. He said Monday, September 18th it would be completed. I received a phone call Monday morning stating the technician had an emergency and the Jeep would be done Tuesday. I picked the vehicle up Tuesday afternoon. Once I got home I noticed there were oil stains on the front passenger seat. I brought the vehicle back to get the seat cleaned today. After talking to Troy he said he could get it cleaned within 20 minutes. The Jeep was finally finished 45 minutes later. I like Rancho Jeep because of the location but after many trips to the service department, and broken timelines I may take my vehicle elsewhere. The last time I brought my Jeep there for an hour long appointment for a oil change, it took e hours.
