Had a 9:45 appointment and Jason and a service tech were waiting for me. Service was completed inside an hour!

Not his fault but the person that worked on my car before him I was completely satisfied with his service.

Brian was very nice & somewhat informitve however the person that supossidly serviced my vehicle did not reset my oil indicator & still showed 32% oil life. My car was not washed which comes with the works package I paid for. I believe my tires were never rotated due to the surface of the covers for the lug nuts were still dirty and there were no signs of fingerprints. Plus the way I had them positioned were in the exact same positions after my oil change was done. I have been coming there for over 20 years & when Jillian and Jamie were in that department the service was impeccable and I never had problems. I spent $90 and that was with a coupon and bringing my own engine air filter to have installed. Unfortunately I can say I don't know if I will be back in the future due to the inflated labor rates that Sutton Ford charges compared to other dealerships. I can understand if services for a major mechanical service was done but this is an oil change with inspection. Labor rates should charged & be tiered out according to what is performed & in this case, performance was short. I even had to ask for a printout which I recieved in black and white instead of colored like I usually get without having to ask. I know my tire thread depths were never checked because they all showed the same & the last time they were all different on these same tires! Not satisfied or happy at all.
