Mr. Jones was personable, professional and timely. He listened to my concern about time due to needing to be at work, while allowing the technician time to inspect my vehicle and complete all documentation. At the end of the inspection, Mr. Jones escorted me back to the bay where my car was, allowing me to see the underside of my car (i’d never seen it before - fascinating!), and reviewed the inspection with me. Mr. Jones made this entire experience painless! Thank You Again Mr. Jones!!
