My poor experience is not a reflection on Jillian, I have no complaints with her or staff. My complaint is with Ford regarding my vehicle. The issue with my vehicle is exactly the same as the coolant intrusion recall which list 2017 Ford escape eco boost (same as my car) but I’m told my VIN is not listed in 12V-431/12S39, well it should because I have the exact same problem. I will contact NHTSA for further guidance but I’m disappointed. I’ve purchased 5 Ford vehicles in my lifetime but maybe I’m purchasing with the wrong manufacturer. Ran

Really enjoyed the personal experience. Bryan Jones was by himself and I still felt I had a personal experience. He didn’t let the fact that he was alone stress him out. He stayed calm and made sure he handled the situation the best he could. He did the work of two people!
