After they finished and I paid I went out to my car and it was never washed. I went back in and asked don't you wash cars after a service and he said yes oh you want it washed. When I take my other vehicle into the dodge dealer for service I don't have to ask they include that along with vacuuming my car and wipe it down. It's a shame I brought my Ford there but will try a different Ford dealer for service next time.

When I 1st got an autobutler treatment it took hours,as the treatments went on my windshield wipers were torn off, a white substance wa sprayed inside my truck, the last time there was a white substance left on my floor mats that made my feet so slippery that I almost fell getting out, had to wash them when I got home,as time progressed the visits got shorter and shorter, this last time was an hour, my truck is imaculat inside and I have 18000 miles on it so it doesnt get used much, Ford loses their customers through their service
