I have been getting Auto butler since I've had my car this is the second bad experience outcome or rather the worst. There was a oily film on all my windows where it look like they took the same rag or towel that they were cleaning or polishing the interior and did the windows there were oily circles I've tried 4 times cleaning my windows and it's still residue. There was some kind of cream or polish that was inside all 4 of my doors that I wiped off. No wonder it was done so fast. The windows I've never seen such

The wait was ridiculous. I dropped my car off at 1pm and it wasn't ready till 6:30pm.5-1/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation in unacceptable. I am considering taking my future service and vehicle purchases elsewhere.
