Please get your phone text system to work more accurately. Jill was very nice but i got a text at 1030 am that my car was ready. Drove all the way there from New Lenox with my one year old granddaughter. My daughter wasted her gas cuz when we got thete Jill told me that the texting system wasnt working propperly yet. My car would not be ready til 1230 or after. She said ignore texting. We call you when it is ready. Thank God my daughter hadnt left the lot yet. Please fix that system. What an inconvenience.

Called to make an appointment for my Auto Butler and Oil Change. I couldn't get an appointment for the Auto Butler until the end of May so I said I would take that and just go to Quick Lane for my Oil Change. The woman stated I should still make an appointment for that. My appointment was for 8:15 a.m.. I was there around 8:00 and didn't get out of there until almost 10:00. What was the point in making an appointment if I wasn't going to be serviced at my scheduled time? I've been coming to Sutton Ford for years and have always gotten excellent service until today. I could have just arrived when you opened and gotten in and out faster.

Bryan jones has the best customer service. He knew that it would be a good 1 hour to fix my truck. So he ask me what I wanted while waiting and I said some fresh coffee. Lo and behold I got my fresh coffee. My tire was replaced and I got some good coffee. Yay me.
