I had an appt at 9:30 for auto Butler and tuneup today on Wednesday Melissa called me to inform me of the recall that I didn't know about she said since I was bringing the car in the recall would be done. I dropped the car off on Thursday night. My car was not done till 4:00 today which I would like to know why it took so long and when I picked it up I was informed the recall was not done as the parts are on order so that means I will have to bring it back. Melissa was gone for the day so I did speak to someone in the service dept. .where the oil changes are done he was very nice and was unable to answer the reason it took so long which I understood since he wasn't the one who set this all up but from now I will only deal with that dept. as they are more professional also I would like to know what happen to the parts since I was told it would done and if I will be called when the parts are in. One last thing I would like to know why it took 8.5 hours to do the tuNE up and auto Butler esp. When the car was dropped off the night before. I have been getting my oil changes at sutton since I bought the car and Jillian and that dept. have always been professional i will go thru them from now on thank you Belinda S

Bryan provided good customer service. However, the wait time was way to long for the Quick Lane. I only came in for an oil change. I came in at 2-2:30pm & did not leave until 5:15pm. I thought this was an excessive wait time. Disappointing :-(
