I purchased a car on 5/23 that didn't start the next day 5/24. After speaking with Mike I brought the car in that evening for the battery to be replaced. I asked the service rep to speak with Mike she paged him & he didn't even show up to apologize for the full day of inconvenience that was caused with not having my new vehicle start, causing me to miss work and having to bring the vehicle back to Sutton & I stay 9000 South over east. I purchased my previous vehicle from Sutton & loved my vehicle & the service I received so that's why I decided on returning back for this vehicle, however so far this experience has been a lot less pleasant than the last.
