Melisa showed concern for my needs. She understood that during my cars servicing that it was mandatory for me to have transportation.
And I appreciated her keeping me informed of the status of repair.

My car was supposed to be completed by end of Monday but I didn't get it til end of Wednesday. U called Tuesday to find out about it but nobody could tell me about it because David was not there. It seems that anyone should be able to check status at least if completed or not. Come to find out Dave didn't come in Monday and it appears since he decided to blow work off the work on my car got blown off as well. That is ridiculous. I had to rent a car an extra day because Dave went awol. I'm buying a new car in one year and I will be shopping some where else. In very disappointed. Hopefully you can correct the flaws in your process
