My car was supposed to be completed by end of Monday but I didn't get it til end of Wednesday. U called Tuesday to find out about it but nobody could tell me about it because David was not there. It seems that anyone should be able to check status at least if completed or not. Come to find out Dave didn't come in Monday and it appears since he decided to blow work off the work on my car got blown off as well. That is ridiculous. I had to rent a car an extra day because Dave went awol. I'm buying a new car in one year and I will be shopping some where else. In very disappointed. Hopefully you can correct the flaws in your process

The only thing I would like to add is when I picked up my Explorer I went to the cashier and I never talked to the service manager on what they repaired other then what was on my receipt. I would like to in the future get this time with the service manager on what they repaired on my SUV.
