Erik was fantastic! At first I was worried because the part was taking much longer than expected but he kept me updated and even called me the next day to tell me that somehow he had it! I was so excited because I had been waiting for a month and thought it would still be a couple more weeks. He called me through every step of the process to keep me updated because he knew I was very anxious about getting my car fixed. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I appreciate him so much and I'm very happy my car runs great now.
