Melissa faced an impossible situation because we were very unhappy that we had to spend close to $2000 to fix our AC. Plus we just have it in for service so we were suspicious that it could’ve been damaged at dealer. It helped that we already trusted Melissa and so we just peppered her with questions and possibilities from all different angles, and she just patiently answered our questions and ordered the part. She even honored a coupon that had expired while we were waiting for the parts. We are satisfied that it was just one of those odd maintenance items and feel satisfied that we were treated really well by Melissa and the Sutton team. And we feel like our loyalty is appreciated and rewarded.
