Your company is awful and so is your service I didn't even make it home in my vehicle because the heat and air did not blow it is 35 degrees and I have no defroster to even make it home not to mention it's 8pm dark and raining i had to turn around and I get here and your manager told me come back tomorrow but how do I make it home and can't even see clear out the window????? It is a huge inconvenience it's stressful and i have been dealing with this same problem for THREE months it barely has 3,000 miles and works like it has 300,000 miles. Maybe you should look into your employers better or hire me since I been up here long enough to work two shifts this is absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I want this problem fixed and a free tire rotation. And I still have no clue how I'll be getting home

But, worked as hard as he could to resolve a scheduling fiasco originating NOT at his desk, but at the other desk. Great inconvenience was caused to occur due to an error created beyond his control and authority. Because of this glitch, I will not be able to use a coupon mailed to me earlier which expires 10/31 that provides a certain cost savings, depending on the size of the final bill. Needless to say, I'm pissed and seriously doubt anyone is listening or even cares about this curious situation. Again, Bryan is great! Service reps in the other area need to be heavily scrutinized. Indeed, there's a Ford dealership and service department right up the road near Frankfort.
