I felt like I wasn’t important enough for Erik. Felt as though he didn’t treat my issue with the same concern as he did a customer after me. I went to the desk, after sitting there for an hour, he was on the phone, remained on the phone for an additional 15 minutes, I walked over to the coffee machine(right next to his desk) he ended the call and walked away from the desk. He didn’t come to me and asked what it was I needed. He left and came back 5 minutes later saying my car is ready. I had to ask him what was wrong with it, he did offer to wash it and that was a huge mistake on my part, for my car looked worse afterwards. I will pass on the wash for now on and will request someone other that Erik.

Melissa always deliver excellent customer service. I was experiencing a noise while driving and Jamie the mechanic came out to speak to me himself to talk to me about the noise so I could explain and he would know what to look for. If course the day of my appointment there was no noise. But Jamie still showed genuine concern and understanding. I could not ask for a better team to work with. Sutton is very fortunate to have Melissa and Jamie in your employment.
They are the reason I continue to have a relationship with Sutton and the reason I bring my car only to Sutton for all my servicing needs.

Yes it was great experience. There was Aman in the parts Dept. When I called about getting the part. He was so helpful he told me the part was on national back order. He further researched and gave me number to a place in Kansas City. We called they found a dealer out there that had this part and within 4 days it was delivered to our home. Great Customer Service all the way around.

Customer service was outstanding however I did have to bring my car in for second time and when I received my car I noticed that there was a dent on the Ford emblem on the rear of my vehicle that was not previously there.
