Fixed problem with front end. They did charge me for the works when I just wanted an oil change. They had a question mark there. They could have called. They sent me a expected cost email that was reflecting a regular oil change. Thanks.

Melissa Lebran delivered phenomenal service during my last appointment at Sutton! She is ALWAYS so helpful in explaining what's going on with my car and keeping me informed of the progress. And she does it all with a smile and pleasant attitude. Besides all that, I must say it's refreshing to see a woman working in the service department which is usually dominated by males. She made sure I had a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired, and that was huge for me! I was able to get to work most importantly, and go about my day without having to worry how I'd get around without having a vehicle.
