I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CAR BACK UNTIL 6:45 PM. I RECEIVED A CALL AT 4:50 TO SAY IT WAS READY BUT NO ONE FROM SUTTON PICKED ME UP UNTIL ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER. THIS WAS CAUSE FOR SOME CONCERN BECAUSE WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHEN I WOULD GET MY CAR, THE ONLY INFORMATION ANYONE COULD GIVE ME WAS THEY WERE VERY BUSY. I KNEW SERVICE HAD CLOSED AT 5 AND I WORRIED THAT THEY WOULD ALL GO HOME WITHOUT COMING TO GET ME.

I originally called Ford to set up an appointment to have recalls done on my vehicle. At which time I was told to bring the vehicle by the following morning. Because I had to work I had my friend drop off my vehicle. I later spoke with Eric by phone. At which time I discussed the issues I was having with my vehicle. At this time he told me I no longer had a warranty on my vehicle. I then told him I did not want any work done that I would just want him to take care of any recalls that were on my vehicle. After I received a text message telling me my car was ready I want to forward. At this time I was told I ordered 260 something dollars for two different diagnoses. I told Eric I was not paying any money because I did not authorize him to do any diagnose nurses on my car I was then told they would waive one of the fees and that I would need $131. Again I refuse to make the payment because I did not authorize the service. The teller told me they were not going to release my vehicle to me. Now Ford is holding my vehicle hostage. And I am forced to pay someone to take me to and from my job while all this drama is taking place.
