I have purchased two vehicles from Sutton and have had both of them serviced there for going on four years. Normally, we have been vet happy but for the second time I have been lied to. I asked the service manager if he could check a mouse on what sounds like is coming from my engine. He said that he would but if it above the quicklane’s Skill level he would give to service. I asked him if it would be a charge and he said no charge. I asked specifically about a charge for the other department and he said no charge. So when I come to pick up the vehicle not only did they no check for the noise, it was not even written up. Then when I asked about it he lied and said that it would be a charge but they did not get to it. I am disappointed in this service manager. Thank you.

Had my vehicle serviced and asked for a car wash. Received my vehicle back,5 1/2 hours later, ran an errand and realized the vehicle was not washed. Called the dealer to see if I could come in for the car wash, asked for the service department and they couldn't find me in the computer, got transferred to Kenosha,WI(keep in mind I am in Matteson, IL) and they transferred me back to IL and I received someone's voice mail. I hung up and decided to pay the dealer a visit. Upon my arrival back at the dealership, the service rep indicated the paperwork showed the vehicle was washed. I explained it was not as there was bird manure on windshield and back windshield had the dirt on it from where the rear windshield wipers doesn't clear the window. The service rep had my vehicle cleaned to my satisfaction and beyond. I am only upset that I had to return to have it washed when it was at the dealership for service. I should not have had to return.
