Had my vehicle serviced and asked for a car wash. Received my vehicle back,5 1/2 hours later, ran an errand and realized the vehicle was not washed. Called the dealer to see if I could come in for the car wash, asked for the service department and they couldn't find me in the computer, got transferred to Kenosha,WI(keep in mind I am in Matteson, IL) and they transferred me back to IL and I received someone's voice mail. I hung up and decided to pay the dealer a visit. Upon my arrival back at the dealership, the service rep indicated the paperwork showed the vehicle was washed. I explained it was not as there was bird manure on windshield and back windshield had the dirt on it from where the rear windshield wipers doesn't clear the window. The service rep had my vehicle cleaned to my satisfaction and beyond. I am only upset that I had to return to have it washed when it was at the dealership for service. I should not have had to return.

I made an appointment today to specifically get my brakes fixed due to the severe grinding. I paid 224.00 for the maintenance packet and a new air filter and was told that my brakes were fine. I was told that the grinding was probably due to the rain and dust particles. I took my car home and was one block away and my car starting grinding so badly that I could barely drive it the rest of the way home. I am very dissatisfied because my problem was NOT fixed after I sat there from 11 am to almost 2pm. My time was wasted. My suggestion is, if someone comes in and say their brakes are for grinding, then THAT problem need to be fixed first and foremost.
