Jillian was fantastic. As I waited for my car to be serviced I appreciated her checking on me ad assuring my car's ETA for service. Now a days I have experienced poor customer service from other vendors, but Jillian made my day. Her positive attitude and smile set forth a great day for the rest of the day for me.
