After arriving 15 minutes prior to my “scheduled appointment”, I was informed that there were no appointments and service was on a first-come / first-served basis. I was told that I would not be served for another hour and one half. Nevertheless, the attendant was very courteous and professional. Finally, due to the inclement weather, the car wash was postponed. I was satisfied, but not completely. ???? Maybe next time! ????
